Warkworth castle, as seen from downriver along the River Coquet. Taken as the light was beginning to fade and a few minutes before it began raining.

This is SO beautiful, why have I not seen it before?

The sky is the first thing I noticed, such a beautiful colour that really stands out against the blue water. Secondly the warm glow on the castle is lovely, I love how it subtly brings out the colours of the castle without making the photo look too "warm." Thirdly, I love how you've included some of the rows of houses on the right of the landscape, although not too many so your eye is distracted from the main focus of the photo - the castle. I can't really see anything here I would change! The photo visually and technically is stunning, the only annoyance is that log at the bottom left of the photo! Although that's natures fault, not yours
